50% deposit required prior we start the job. Balance is due on your approval of the images. Full payment must be received before delivery of final images. We accept credit card ( MasterCard & Visa Card), direct deposit & company cheque payment. (cheques must be cleared before we start your job)

When products arrives in our studio, we will contact you and let you know the approx. turnaround time for your order.
We take photos of your products in our photography studio then process and edit in our post-processing studio.
We will send you a set of low resolution images for your approval. If you are not happy with any images, we will re-shoot (one re-shoot is free for each product) and send you another proof.
Once you have approved all images, we will send you an invoice and full payment is required before delivery
We will send you a set of web images by email and all images on a CD or DVD by post.
You can then arrange courier to collect your products.
